Synthasys is committed to be the "Total Solution" for our client’s entire professional services needs.  We are often asked by our clients if we know anyone with a specific skill-set, who would fit an open position within their organization, whether it full-time, temp to hire or contract.

Many people have realized the value of professional networking and Synthasys’ constant contact with our customers allow us to know of upcoming projects and services need before many generic recruiters even get the job order.

By registering and becoming a Synthasys Associate, you are afforded two unparalleled benefits:

First, we will keep your resume on file. If a position becomes available at one of our clients that meets your requirements for compensation and location, we will submit your resume (with your permission) free of charge.

Second, as a member of the user community, we are sure that you are networked to business associates at organizations outside your present employ.  If you become aware of any opportunities that we can provide services for, refer that opportunity to us and we provide professional services for that lead, you will qualify for an "Associates Referral Bonus". 

What does this mean to you? For every hour that Synthasys provides services to your referenced client’s opportunity, you will receive an override check. The bonus keeps on coming up to the earlier of the end of that engagement or 1 year.  Many of our associates have received weekly checks for months, just by sending us an email or giving us a call and letting us know of an opportunity that they heard of. This may have been from a recruiter calling you, but your skills or bandwidth did not allow for you to participate. This may have been a position that your current employer or client has released and requires services.

With an economy that is somewhat challenging for everyone, it makes sense to refer opportunities to your Synthasys business partner who is looking for revenue opportunities to share with all of our network.
