Project Planning
The framework for the project,
including goals, objectives and the project scope, are formulated
and documented during project planning. Based on your strategic
goals, a high-level project plan along with associated project team
roles and responsibilities, is developed during this phase. Project
status meeting schedules, with a means of dispersing information
throughout the organization, are also developed. A walk-through of
your risk assessment will identify potential pitfalls and a
proactive approach for handling them
